PETALE offers personalised and custom jewellery by individual quotation.

Pricing, design specifications, payment terms, and production timelines will be agreed individually before an order is accepted.

Certain goods made to an individual's specifications or clearly personalised may qualify for an exception to the statutory right of withdrawal where the relevant legal conditions are met.

Such exceptions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and communicated before the order is accepted. They do not remove customers' statutory rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched from Ireland. Order processing generally takes 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

PETALE offers a 12-month limited commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects, subject to the applicable warranty terms.

This commercial warranty is provided in addition to, and does not reduce, any statutory rights customers may have under applicable law.

Customers should follow the care instructions provided for their jewellery. General care guidance includes avoiding water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals; removing jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising; gently wiping it with a soft, dry cloth; and storing items separately.
