Where applicable, statutory online cancellation is generally available within 14 days of receipt, followed by a further 14 days to send goods back after cancellation notice.

For change-of-mind returns, customers may bear direct return shipping costs where properly disclosed. Faulty or non-conforming goods remain subject to applicable statutory remedies.

Customisation exceptions must be assessed individually, and any earring or hygiene exception must meet applicable legal conditions and be disclosed before purchase.
